We (Pixel Art Discord) only ask for your personal information where it is necessary for the proper function of the website and service we provide.

We do not share or sell your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information we collect

The website is hosted on Vercel, and while we do not use their analytic services, some data collection may still happen for logging purposes. Vercel's privacy policy can be found here.

When you log in through Discord, we receive information such as your user ID, username, display name, avatar URL, and join date. The user ID is used for authentication and for the website to provide you with user-specific content. The username, display name, and avatar URL is used within user interfaces. We do not store the above information once you log out.

When interacting with the website, your user ID is used to retrieve information stored within our Discord Bot, and to send text input submitted by you. When interacting with the Discord Bot, the bot may log your interaction, along with any information within the interaction available through the Discord API, or content you submit directly.

We use cookies for realising proper functionality within the website, such as:

Session cookies: To maintain your log in state.
Persistent cookies: To remember your preferences.

Security

With the data that we do have listed above, we will protect with various industry standard security measures available to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

While we do not have possible means to contact users directly, we will show notices on the website when changes are made to this policy.

You may request to view or delete the information we store that is linked to your user ID. However, references to your user ID used to restrict you from access (e.g. if you are banned) may still persist. We can be contacted through our Mod Mail bot over at our Discord server.
